Meyers Auto Tech Founders
Founders Scott & Jessica Meyers worked hard to create a friendly, trustworthy, capable team to service all of your automotive and truck service needs.
They put the customer ahead of profit and went beyond what the customer expected.
Their view on customer service was simple; “If we don’t take care of our customers, someone else might!”
The new owners, Ben & Wendi Gatewood have carried on this Meyers Auto Tech philosophy since 2014.
Scott Meyers was born and raised right here in the Tri-Cities. He manages and coordinates the shop operations and the automotive mechanics. He is an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician. Scott has been in the automotive service industry since 1978 (too long, he might say!), which gives him the insight into just what a customer is looking for in an automotive repair facility.

Jessica Meyers was born in Rhode Island and grew up in California before moving to the Tri-Cities in 1986. She managed the advertising, customer relations and accounting department. Jessica, Wendi, and Haley job-share these office management duties…. Hey who wouldn’t like to job-share with two other people, right?
I have enjoyed the challenges and rewards of running Meyers Auto Tech. Helping people and doing what’s best for them and their situation is what we are all about and I like that.
Current ownership
Passionate about fair, friendly customer service, owners Ben & Wendi Gatewood are long term residents of the Tri-Cities area and have been in the automotive service business since 1998.
With four young children at home, Ben and Wendi are very possibly the busiest auto repair shop owners and parents in the industry! Ben is an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician who has been with Meyers Auto Tech since late 2000, eventually taking over daily shop operations in 2014.
Their team consists of automotive experts that are passionate about vehicles and about the same vision to provide fair, friendly customer service.
It truly has been my pleasure helping you with your automotive needs here at Meyers Auto Tech. Automotive service has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I look forward to serving you and your family for many years to come!
