Cody and Ray were great to work with. They were clear on expectations, knowledgeable about my car, and made things really easy. They didn’t push me on anything and I was blown away by the report I was sent after the diagnostics. It had detailed descriptions and pictures of my car and really helped me make a decision!

Once again, all of the guys at Meyers Auto Tech were professional and thorough! They drained the transmission fluid, filled with new fluid, changed the filter, replaced a leaky pinion seal, oil change and filter, and charged the battery among other things. They did a thorough diagnostic and inspection complete with photos, and provided great advice on how to proceed with my truck’s issues. They are consistently awesome and I highly recommend them!

The people at Myers Auto Tech are honest and will tell you what work needs to be done and what can wait for a later time. When the work is done, it is done well. I will definitely go back as needed.

Great service, professional work, competitively priced. MAT is an auto repair shop you can trust to give you an honest, accurate assessment of your vehicle, and a fair price for repairs. They also offer a complimentary shuttling service so you're not stuck at the shop while waiting for your vehicle. They utilize up-to-date communication assets to insure you know the status of repairs and costs. They are extremely organized and really value their customers. Strongly recommended.

No appointment and they still managed a fast turn around. I've used Meyer's for multiple vehicles and they are always up front, honest and actually do stand behind their work! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Meyers Auto Tech always does Great Work!! They are the Best place in TriCities to take your vehicles for repair or maintenance! I recently brought my Jeep Liberty in for an engine repair and alignment and they did a Fantastic job! Great communication, Great time frame, and Great quality of work! Another great Meyers Auto Tech service! These people do great work. I appreciate their honesty, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Unlike some of the auto service chains, they don't try to upsell expensive, unnecessary services and repairs performed by unskilled workers, that often do more damage than they're intended to prevent.

This is the third place we visited to have our car checked out. This is the only one that provided actual information on our car specifically (not general mileage suggestions) and followed the information up with pictures for each and every point inspected. All of that and they charged half the price for the repairs than what the dealer wanted to charge. We will be going back! Also, Ray’s customer service skills were outstanding!
